Autumn is the time of year where we at the Oxford American jam out at Austin City Limits and eat fried confections at the Texas State Fair.  To honor some of our contributors from Lone Star State, we created the OA Texas Bundle for the month of October.

This bundle includes Issue 45: 6th Annual Southern Music Issue, Issue 80: Spring 2013Issue 90: Fall 2015, and of course, Issue 87: Texas Music Issue. Each order includes the CD from both music issues as well as the 10th Anniversary Music Issue Double CD as a free gift.

Issue 90: Fall 2015:

This issue features the article Crossing Over by Jonathan Blitzer with photography by Reed Young.

You'll also receive a compilation CD of 25 Texas songs curated by OA music editor Rick Clark with liner notes in the magazine.

Issue 72: Spring 2011:

A selection of letters between Eudora Welty and William Maxwell. Essays by Joshua Clark, Ben Westhoff, Virginia A.K. Moran, and others. Donna Tartt, Burke Nixon, Rick Bass, Scott Howdeshell, M. O. Walsh, Elizabeth Kaiser, Sven Birkerts, Jamie Quatro, and others remember the late, great Barry Hannah, who died in 2010.

Issue 80: Spring 2013:

In this issue, Kris Kristofferson explores his mortality in Music for the Body by Holly Gleason.  It also includes a photography series by J Henry Fair that details the Gulf Coast.
